Speaking Engagement - Were the Experts Stumped?
Frank Steinberg recently participated in a "Stump the Experts" forum for the Somerset County Business Partnership. The free-form discussion saw a panel of experts fielding questions from the audience. Frank's presentation focused on employment law and business law issues.
The accountant on the panel was Doug Sonier of Withum, Smith & Brown. Laurie Murphy of People Are Key, Inc. spoke about HR issues.
All of the panelists, I am happy to report, escaped more or less unscathed.

NJ Employment Law Blog in the News
Legal bloggers recently caught the attention of the Newark Star-Ledger, and we're proud to say that NJ Employment Law Blog was one of the blogs featured in the article. We hope that you'll take a minute or two to read about what we're doing. More than that, though, we hope that you're coming to appreciate the free resources that legal blogs put at your fingertips. There are legal blogs on many legal topics, and the number of subjects covered is growing rapidly. (Don't believe me? Check out the blog roll on the right side of the screen.) If nothing else, blogs will alert you to developments that affect you and your business. And with that information, you'll be in a position to ask the right questions of your advisors, and avoid problems and expense.
